Membership Coverage Plans for Inspectors or Mobile Techs

GENERAL LIABILITY - $750 – Comprehensive $1,000,000.00 general liability provides the insured coverage for injury you cause while on the premise or even after you leave. The coverage protects you for bodily injury and property damage you cause because of your negligence. As always there are exclusions and limitations. Two examples would be if your tools on the ground caused someone to trip and fall (bodily injury) or your ladder hit a window and broke it out (property damage). Our general liability policy does include a per claim deductible of $1,000.00 and is limited to RV Inspections and RV Mobile Tech work. The premiums include all commissions from the insurance carrier and licensing/consulting fees charged by agency.

You need only one of the General Liability policies, (General Liability or Specialty RV Mobile Tech General Liability)

***The policy excludes work on motors, brakes on drivable units, drivetrains, towing services, and fixed location owned or rented RV repair shops.

SPECIALTY RV MOBILE TECH GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE - $1900 – We offer a $1,000,000.00 general liability coverage for Mobile RV Tech’s that specialize in certain areas such as Solar installation, Fire Suppression System installation, and Mobile Tech’s that have dealer agreements for certain products.   Our general liability provides the insured coverage for injury you cause while on the premise or even after you leave. The coverage protects you for bodily injury and property damage you cause because of your negligence. As always there are exclusions and limitations. Two examples would be if your tools on the ground caused someone to trip and fall (bodily injury) or your ladder hit a window and broke it out (property damage). PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY - $2000 – We now offer a $1,000,000.00 professional liability, E & O, policy written through the same A.M Best, A rated, insurance company. Professional liability coverage was developed to protect a variety of insureds and professionals who offer advice or make decisions. It covers errors and omissions of the professional in offering advice, and also intentional decisions made by an insured. Most claims cover economic or financial losses suffered by a third party. These types of claims do not normally include bodily injury or property damage as that is normally covered by a general liability policy. One of the biggest benefits of a professional liability policy is the defense portion. The insurance company will hire an attorney to defend the suit regardless of the frivolous or serious nature of the claim. Our professional liability policy does include a per claim deductible that varies by state. We must write the general liability coverage in order for us to write the professional liability coverage.  We look forward to serving you and answering any questions that you may have. **We are unable to offer our General Liability Coverages in AK, CA, LA, ME, MS, OK, NV, NY, and RI due to licensing restriction. We are working to resolve the issues in these nine states and will advise when coverage is available. If you are able to have your policy issued with an address other than in these nine states, we would be able offer coverage. As of now this is an issuing problem, our policy will cover work done in those seven states we are just not able to issue a policy with an address out of these states.
